Dear HOGs,

Gathering time for the Causeway Crossing Ride will be at 6:00 AM at Al Shubaili Area / Cornish Al Khobar. Please see the attached Google Map for directions.

For those who don’t know the place, please be at Harley-Davidson , Dhahran Dealership at 5:30 AM to have a guide to take you to the gathering site.

Moving time from Al Shubaili Area / Cornish Al Khobar will be at 7:00 AM sharp.

This crossing MUST be done as a group and no individual riders will be allowed to cross. If you miss the group ride across the causeway, you will NOT be allowed entry to causeway on a bike.

For those who wish to join the group, you must send your name, email address and transaction confirmation number to causewaycrossing@gmail.com or submit that information to the Dhahran or Riyadh dealer. You may contact Mr. Marwan Gharzeldine, Dhahran H-D General Manager on +966503833603.

NOTE :

1. To cross the causeway, you will need to have SR 20 for the causeway charge and SR 15 for the insurance.
2. You must have your valid passport, valid bike registration. If the bike is not in your name, then please provide a letter of authorization from owner (we will check this prior to departure for causeway).
3. Please come with a full tank of gas as there will be no stops to fill up until we arrive at the rally site in Bahrain
4. No individual will be allowed to join this group of riders unless they have registered and paid for the rally.
