Countdown to rally:

Bahrain – To host the 10th Middle East H.O.G® Rally

Plans are already in place for the 10th ME H.O.G.® rally, which Bahrain is to host from 11th to 14th November, 2009.

Arrivals at the Dealership commences the start of the Rally with Registration and Welcome Rally Packs. An Open House arranged Bahraini Traditional style will give our H.O.G’ers an insight into the Bahraini hospitality scene with a local folklore band in forefront, a traditional style buffet complete with live cooking and homemade bread, hubble bubble and local sword dancers creating a middle east atmosphere timeless in tradition.

Accommodation has been planned at various hotels (3*, 4* & 5 *) within 2 to 5 kms radius from Rally site. A H.O.G’er can also specify the number of rides or offsites he’d like to participate in. The Rally will be held in the centre of the main hub of the shopping district, giving H.O.G’ers and visitors access to all amenities and services of the major malls. The day activities have been planned with the major part taken up with rides for the bike enthusiasts to areas with historical links complete with an onsite guide making it educational and enjoyable. Provision of buses at scheduled times to historical sites and fun venues have also been planned for family and friends of the visiting H.O.G’ers. The Onsite venue will have a carnival like atmosphere with seating arrangements, F & B services, Music, Street performers, Children’s entertainment. A Custom Bike Show, Bike Games and a Stunt Show will enthrall and be some of the highlights of the morning program. Merchandise from the neighboring Chapters will be on display for sale to the public.

The Evening activities entail a Thunder Parade to a prominent and distinguished venue ‘The Bahrain International Circuit’ where local bands will entertain crowds to Harley medley’s. A spectacular concert where a well known celebrity musician will take centre stage is the main highlight of the Rally. Venue to be equipped to provide food, beverages and all comfort amenities.

H.O.G’er attendance estimated between 500-700. H.O.G’ers to ride from within the region and Europe. An estimated 200 invitees of the H.O.G.® Estimate on public turn up (ticket sales) at concert targeted at 3,000
